Operatic Optimist

2004

Inspired by a track from David Jack's album 'Without Vocabulary'* A gnarled copper head mouths the words to a sampled voice accompanied by a small tin head which sings the soprano. These are housed in a copper box full of recycled motors and electronics which can be viewed through lenses and apertures
