Sycamore Turbine

Sycamore Turbine is a kinetic sculpture which combines engineering and nature. An intricate laser cut brass structure supports a turbine wheel consisting of sycamore pod blades. Saved from the infertile tarmac landing sites the seed pods are re - purposed to create wind powered motion.
